Completion photos of the new sacristy and exit stair.

Work at Blenheim CRC continues Drywall and taping underway in the classrooms and sanctuary. New stage and ramp area framing is almost completed.

A couple of photos of the sanctuary before the renovations were started. We are renovating the sanctuary to rotate it 180 degrees. The renovations involve a complete strip of the existing, levelling the floor, new stage / pulpit area with accessible ramp and sound booth. The lower level classrooms are also completely renovated. The new pre- engineered fabrication and material storage addition is now completed at Goodreau Sawmill in Tilbury.  

All the brick is complete along with the roofing and copper flashings. Window and door frames are installed and glass is expected next week. Interior framing, electrical, mechanical rough ins are on going. New lift installation to start next week along with asphalt and site rework.

Westhoek Construction recently renovated the basement at Montessori.  Walls were removed to create a large open activity area with a new dropped ceiling and bright LED lighting.  We also renovated the bathrooms on the lower level with kid-sized fixtures.                                                                                                                                                                    

The additions and renovations are now completed and ready for move in.

The phase 3 elevator addition is moving along well. The block walls are all up and ready for insulation. The interior structural steel is underway and first set of trusses are in place. Exterior veneer is set to start next week after insulation is in place
