The phase 2 addition at St. Francis is progressing well. The building has been insulated and exterior veneer is being installed. Interior structural steel is starting and roof trusses are in place.

Additions and renovations at the Smith residence are nearing completion. Flooring is completed with millwork and interior trims underway. The exterior siding and trims are completed. The large rear deck and ramp are nearly complete and ready for use.

The additions are all framed, shingled with windows and doors installed. Mechanical and electrical trades are starting while exterior finishes and deck construction is starting.  

Foundations are installed and damp proofing is completed. Ready for back fill and lower level concrete floors.

Construction has begun on Phase 3 for the new lift and accessible washroom addition at St Francis Church in Tilbury. Excavation is completed and footings are ready to be poured.

  Demolition is well underway at St. Francis Church in Tilbury in preparation for the construction of the new entrance additons.

Work has started on the demolition of the existing sacristy at St. Francis Church in Tilbury, Ont. in preparation for the construction of 2 new entrance additions including a new accessible lift and washrooms. The site is fenced off and salvage of the stained glass windows and crosses on the roof is underway. The building is scheduled
